AM:

How should I consume the 5 light soups for my Reset day?

You can consume the light soups in any order throughout the day. These 5 soups are low in calories, while still providing a ton of nutrients! A day of light soups with lots of fluids in between – like water and green juices – is a great way to promote hydration.

There’s no one way to Splendid. Here are a few examples of how to fit the Light Soups into your weekly routine!

Having one as your first meal and one as your last meal of the day is a great way to fit in two nutrient-dense meals.

Reset soups can be consumed in conjunction with other Splendid Spoon meals to help boost calorie consumption for the day. In between meals, during a snack period, is ideal to allow for consumption of other Splendid Spoon foods throughout the day.
