We've given our Reset Program a refresh! We are always looking to our customers to help us improve meals, and the Reset was in need of some love. Our new flavors are still all plant-based, balanced with lots of complex carbs, healthy fats, and plant-based proteins, but heartier in texture and packed with more flavor. Our 5 Light Soups now include Butternut Turmeric Soup, Cauliflower Potato Chowder, Cauliflower Tikka Soup, Garden Minestrone Soup, and Lentil & Kale Soup.

Why Reset?
There are times when we get off track in our wellness journey and may go a little overboard here and there on high-calorie, nutrient-depleted foods. The reset soups are low in calories, yet contain vitamins and minerals and may be ideal for people having digestive issues and desiring to give their tummies a rest. How should I consume the Reset?
There are 2 ways! A Reset could be a single day or a single meal where you take time off to show your gut a little TLC.

1. If you're new, we would recommend eating one Light Soup (ideally lunch or dinner) at least 2-3 times a week. This will allow your body a chance to wind down after a busy day and may even kickstart weight management to get you on track with healthy eating.

2. Our Signature Reset Program consists of eating all 5 Light Soups throughout one day, hydrating plenty in between! Here is an example of what a Reset Day could look like for you, but keep in mind, there is no right or wrong order!

Follow up your Reset Day with our 100% plant-based smoothies, soups, grain bowls, and noodle bowls for the rest of the week. We believe in plant-based eating as the single most effective tool we have to feel our best day in and day out.
