Even if it’s only for 10 or 15 minutes, revel in the simplicity of this moment.

Take pride in single-tasking: a skill you may have never given yourself credit for, and will benefit greatly from.

Carry it with you throughout the day, focusing on one task at a time.

Remind yourself of the clarity and stillness this kind of intentional focus on single tasks (and joys!) will bring to your thoughts, no matter what’s in front of you.
