An overwhelming 80% of you said “more mealtime support,” with the majority of you naming breakfast. And today, we’re happy to announce we’ve made you breakfast. Welcome to The Program 2.0!

What is The Program 2.0?

The Program 2.0 is an extension of our original Program. This more supportive plan follows the same philosophy of making small habit changes, and consists of 5 Breakfasts — now including 4 raw smoothies and 1 plant-based bowl — 5 Lunches, and 1 Soup Cleanse Day. All meals are vegan, gluten-free, made with the freshest whole foods, and delivered, already prepared, direct to your door.

By adding Breakfast, we’ve created an even more foolproof plan. The Program 2.0 is designed to not only reduce calorie intake and improve satiety and nutrition, but to also give you more time and space in the your day. Life is hectic; let us take one more thing off your plate.

Your Breakfast Delivery

Every Splendid Spoon Breakfast delivery contains four raw smoothies, one plant-based breakfast bowl, and a Weekly Intention.

Enjoy your raw smoothies for breakfast four days a week, and your breakfast bowl one day a week. We recommend enjoying the bowl mid-week for an extra boost of grounding energy! Start with your Weekly Intention to focus your energy and stay mindful throughout the day.

How to Drink Your Smoothies:

  • Place in the fridge to thaw for 12–24 hours.
  • Shake until ice crystals disappear.
  • Start sipping!

How to Eat Your Breakfast Bowl:

  • Place in the fridge to thaw for 24–48 hours.
  • Heat on the stove or in the microwave until warm.
  • Start Spooning!

Splendid Breakfasts: The Details

Our smoothies and bowls are made in small batches with fresh, whole fruits and vegetables. Our smoothies are High Pressure Processed to extend shelf life and maintain the nutritional properties of the raw ingredients. They’re then frozen and shipped straight to you! We never use fillers or preservatives. Our smoothies and bowls are good in the fridge for one week and in the freezer for one month.
