Meet with various members across functional teams to share your take home project, ask and answer questions about how you (and we!) work, and evaluate how you will help us further our values.

We will extend a formal offer and begin planning for your start date! Your manager will begin putting together your 30, 60, and 90 day work plans. Then you’ll spend your first month on a Splendid World Tour, meeting each of the teams and learning all about the business!
