After checkout, you can choose from our 40+ meals and customize your menu every week. In your account, you can always update your ingredient avoidances and even select flavors you’d never like to receive.
All our meals are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and lower in sugar. You can view detailed nutritional information for each of our meals here. You can customize your weekly menu so you only receive the meals which fit your dietary needs.
Every week, we share two plant-based recipes from our friends: less than 30 minutes hands-on time, minimal cookware, and confirmed in-house to be deliciously Splendid. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll find them in your account.
