We don’t make weight loss claims, but our focus on creating healthy, nourishing eating habits, which means many people do lose weight on the Program 2.0. We’ll help clean up your diet and fill up on plant-based, high-fiber meals!
All our meals are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and lower in sugar. You can view detailed nutritional information for each of our meals here. You can customize your weekly menu so you only receive the meals which fit your dietary needs.
Our meals are made in small batches with fresh, whole fruits and vegetables. We never use fillers or preservatives. Our meals are good in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for 1 month.
