Why Reset? There are times when we get off track in our wellness journey and may go a little overboard here and there on high-calorie, nutrient-depleted foods. The reset soups are low in calories, yet contain vitamins and minerals and may be ideal for people having digestive issues and desiring to give their tummies a rest.

What is the Reset? The Reset program is made up of our 5 lightest soups: ​​Butternut Turmeric, Cauliflower Potato Chowder, Fennel Consommé, Garden Minestrone & Lentil & Kale.

How should you Reset? A reset day could be a single day or a single meal where you take time off to show your gut a little TLC. For starters, we would recommend eating one reset meal (ideally lunch or dinner) at least 2-3 times a week. This will allow your body a chance to wind down after a busy day and may even kickstart weight management to get you back on track with healthy eating. For more experienced participants, you can reset for the entire day, ideally 1 day a week.

  5. Eat Splendid-ly! There’s no right way to Splendid, but if you are craving structure, most of our customers start the week with the Reset Day of 5 Light Soups, then continue their weekly meal plan with a Smoothie for breakfast, a Soup or Grain Bowl for lunch, and a Noodle Bowl for dinner.
