“Will I lose weight?” is one of the most common questions we get asked. We don’t make any weight loss claims, but our focus on making healthy eating easier and creating more nourishing eating habits means many people do lose weight on the Breakfast + Lunch + Reset plan.

Following the Breakfast + Lunch + Reset plan means you fill up on plant-based, high-fiber meals, and limit your intake of processed foods, animal proteins, and inflammatory dairy products.

Whether you consume a clean diet already or are looking to make healthier choices, the Breakfast + Lunch + Reset plan offers a quick and easy solution for you to improve your eating habits! If you’re trying to lose weight, here’s what registered dietitian, Eliza Savage, recommends for a day of Splendid eating:

Breakfast: Splendid Spoon Smoothie

Lunch: Splendid Spoon Soup

Dinner: A salad of a few cups of leafy greens; 1 cup of plant-based protein (lentils, beans, quinoa); 1-2 healthy sources of fat (2 tablespoons seeds, 8-10 walnut halves, 1 tablespoon homemade vinaigrette, ½ an avocado).

Reset once a week: it’s a lower calorie day designed to help you reset. Give it a shot to kickstart your week (especially if you’ve had a big weekend). If you’re feeling hungry on the Reset day, try these snacks.

After your first delivery, you’re able to customize your plan and edit the number of meals for each mealtime.

  • Dinner (5 noodle bowls): provide a nourishing end to your stressful day. Ready-to-eat and loaded with herbs and spices, these gluten-free noodles are truly satisfying; which promotes your satiety and fiber intake.
  • Reset (5 light soups): Go for a full day of souping! Enjoy only soups for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two light soup snacks - in any order throughout the day, with plenty of water in between.
