Cold-Press Processing reduces exposure to heat and oxygen during the production process, allowing juices to maintain great taste and nutrient density.

High-Pressure Process — or HPP — is a cold pasteurization technique used to extend shelf life and maintain the nutritional properties of the raw ingredients. The bottles are simply pressurized at cold temperatures to kill potentially harmful pathogens.
