**Microwave**: Transfer to a microwave-safe dish or, if you’re keeping the food in our BPA-free container, remove the paper sleeve, then use a knife to carefully puncture the plastic 5 times. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165ºF (cooking times may vary depending on wattage). The food will be hot, so please remove the plastic cover carefully and enjoy! **Oven/Toaster Oven**: Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove all packaging and transfer your meal to an oven-safe baking dish and cover. Heat in oven for 10 minutes or until heated through (165°F).

Shepherd’s pie is a classic dish and popular comfort food with origins in the UK. Traditionally made with lamb and potatoes, our version is a lighter take made with sweet potato mash and brussels sprouts.
