Remove the the outer box & seal from our container, or transfer the noodles to a microwave-safe dish.
If microwaving from frozen, heat for 2 1/2 minutes, stir, and then heat for another 2 1/2 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (cooking times may vary depending on wattage).
If microwaving from thawed, heat for one minute, stir, and then heat for one more minute until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (cooking times may vary depending on wattage).
OR
Heat on the stove in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water until heated through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (cooking times may vary).
The food will be hot, so please handle carefully and enjoy!
