Dan Dan Noodles began as a humble street food snack in the Sichuan province of southwestern China in the 1800s and, to this day, remain a hearty, beloved noodle bowl.

Sichuan peppercorns are known to produce a tingling, slightly numbing feeling in the mouth, followed by notes of citrus.

In addition to an excellent source of protein, tofu contains all nine essential amino acids and is one of the best plant-based sources of both iron and calcium.

Remove lid & seal, then tent the lid over the bowl.
Microwave for 2-4 minutes, stirring midway through.
Or
Pour into a saucepan, add a tablespoon of water or broth & heat on stove until warmed through.
If frozen, let defrost in fridge overnight.
