Our Story


A full life can be unpredictable. I have two babies under the age of three and I run my own business. Soup gets spilled. My toddler throws fits. I can either stress or laugh. Laughing is more fun.

When I started Splendid Spoon in 2013, I aimed to make it easier to get my daily dose of whole vegetables. Why? Because adding more whole vegetables to your diet is great for you. Period. Souping throughout the week meant I never missed out on my greens (and reds and oranges and purples).

Our Weekly plan is the culmination of over 5 years of diet and fasting research, customer feedback, several thousand pounds of soup and a whole lotta hard work. It's a fool-proof wellness plan that keeps your body fitter, stronger, cleaner. When you have a lot going on, simplicity counts. Souping regularly means I don't have anxiety about my penchant for bar snacks and takeout. It means I don't stress about whether or not my family is eating right because everyone gets soup in their lunch boxes.
