NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Splendid Spoon × Vitamina Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have a valid physical shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Splendid Spoon and Vitamina Lab, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
By entering into this contest, you agree to the Splendid Spoon Privacy Policy.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Splendid Spoon Inc., 25 Andrews Drive, Woodland Park NY.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on February 19, 2026 and ends on March 5, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit https://splendidspoon.com/pages/splendid-spoon-vitamina-giveaway and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. You will be required to provide your name and email address.
You many earn an additional entry into the raffle by making an Instagram post that tags the Instagram accounts @splendid.spoon & @vitamina.lab. Note that you must enter the contest with your email address at https://splendidspoon.com/pages/splendid-spoon-vitamina-giveaway in order to qualify for the sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Automated entries or entries generated by scripts or macros are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Three (3) verified winners will each receive a Vitamina Longevity Stack containing:
- One (1) month of Vitamina NAD+ support
- One (1) NAD+ Intracellular Testing Kit
ARV per prize: $375.00 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,125.00 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is offered, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 5, 2026. Potential winners will be notified via email or Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide a valid shipping address within the 48 contiguous states within 2 days of the initial notification, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
All local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates from any liability, injury, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
