Woodland Test Kitchen

Low Sodium Beet Glow Bowl

Roasted veggies and grains meet a ruby beet vinaigrette for a bowl as bold in flavor as in color.

Features

  • Low-sodium: Lemon, balsamic, and Dijon do the heavy lifting so salt doesn't have to.
  • Beets: Bright and just a little sweet, and nitrate-rich for brain function.

Kitchen Notes

The beet juice stains everything in the kitchen. Worth it.
