We admit, this is more than just a meal plan. This is a guide to help you feel your best, day in and day out! Not only do we pre-plan your mealtimes and give guidance on what to choose from our Meal Guide, we encourage you to stay mindful about ALL the ways you can feel your best, not just through food. Take time to move throughout your day, as well as finding moments of calm.

After checkout, you can choose from our 50+ meals and customize your order every week. In your account, you can always update your ingredient avoidances and even select flavors you’d never like to receive.

Choosing to consume a whole-food, plant-based diet – and kicking the processed food habit – is beneficial for a host of reasons. We believe in plant-based eating as the single most effective tool we have to feel our best day in and day out. Eating plant-based can improve energy, sleep, digestion, and complexion. We believe in nutritional balance, which is why we partner with registered dietitians to ensure every meal has the just-right mix of fiber-dense complex carbs, energizing protein, and plant-based fats.

Plant-based whole foods make a better environment for lots of different ‘good’ bacteria in your gut to flourish. Eat a wide variety of fiber: fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains contain prebiotic fibers that feed your healthy bacteria. And don’t skip fermented foods!
