Violife has been making vegan cheese products (and more) for over 30 years. Made in Greece, all of their foods are free from: dairy, lactose, gluten, soy, GMOs, preservatives, and cholesterol.

We partnered with Dr. Praeger’s to make this dish, who have been making clean, and nutritious foods for over 25 years. Their vegan and gluten free Chickenless Chicken Breast contains an amazing 18 grams of plant protein.

The first written recipe for chicken parm was published in the 1950s, and we’d like to personally thank whoever wrote it. Now, we’re sharing our lighter twist on the comforting and classic italian-american dish.
Easy Prep for Busy Schedules
Splendid Spoon meals are ready in minutes, giving you more time for what’s most important to you.
Remove the paper sleeve and use a knife to carefully puncture the plastic 5 times.
Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (cooking times may vary depending on wattage).
Or
Preheat the oven to 350°F, remove all packaging and transfer your meal to an oven-safe baking dish and cover.
Heat in the oven for 10 minutes or until heated through to 165°F.
The food will be hot, so please handle carefully and enjoy!
