In a microwave-safe dish (or our BPA-free container with the lid + seal removed), microwave for 2-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165ºF, stirring halfway. Or, heat on the stove in a saucepan. Spoon Crew Tip: Add a few minutes if heating from frozen until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Can be 1 or 2 servings depending on hunger.
