How We Design Our Meals
We design our meals with our favorite NYC-based professional chefs and our registered dietitian. Together, we ensure that every Splendid recipe provides a holistic balance of vitamins, nutrients, healthy fats, protein, and complex carbs. Our meals are lower in sugar, super nourishing, and totally satisfying.
Our Bowls & Light Soups
Our meals contain ingredients, picked at peak freshness and flash-frozen after cooking, to maintain high vitamin, mineral, and fiber levels. By slow-cooking the vegetables in our plant-based Bowls and Light Soups, we maximize nutrient bioavailability. That means we help our bodies use more of the fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients, such as beta-carotene, lycopene, and vitamins K, D & E. We incorporate healthy fats such as olive oil and coconut milk to help our bodies activate these nutrients and keep us strong, healthy, and energized.
